Manager Technology Development CVD/ALD

Your main tasks
• Team management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo. Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure a collaborative team environment.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert in PECVD and/or PEALD technologies, guiding the team through complex technical challenges and innovations. Provide technical leadership in the design of system and process solutions.
• Budget and Resource Management: In collaboration with Project Management, develop and manage the assigned R&D budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize innovation and productivity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other departments to ensure the R&D efforts align with broader company objectives and market needs. Support the formulation and implementation of technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Your profile
• 3rd level education in a high-tech subject, preferably within the semiconductor field, with business experience. Profound knowledge of PECVD and/or PEALD technologies.
• Experienced team manager. Excellent in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to effectively moderate discussions. Knowledge of project management tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, with additional language skills, notably German, being advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and customer visits
